CANCELLATION POLICY

Bungalow Booking Cancellation Policy For an accommodations plan, you can cancel up to 3 days before your arrival date. In case of cancellation we will refund 90% of the total amount you paid. If you cancel within 3 days of the arrival date, the payment is not refundable. You can change your arrival date up to 3 days upon arrival, free of charge. Retreat Package Cancellation Policy For a Retreat Package, you can cancel up to 14 days before your arrival date. In case of cancellation we will refund 90% of the total amount you paid. If you cancel within 14 days of the arrival date, the payment is not refundable. You can change your arrival date up to 14 days upon arrival, free of charge.
