Have you ever taken a moment to reflect on the dreams you’ve had that have actually come true? There are probably more than you realize. Without knowing it, you’re already a manifester. We often get so caught up in pursuing what we desire that we forget to reflect on how far we’ve come. Let this be your proof: you have the power to manifest your dreams. Believe it, and you can achieve it! Here are five fundamentals to help you manifest your wildest dreams.

1. Get Clear on Your Vision: Think Limitless

Start by clarifying what you want to manifest. Dive into the details, engaging all your senses. Visualize your life as if your dreams have already come true. Create a vision board or journal about it—tools that will anchor your vision and make it easier to revisit. Just like starting a business requires a plan, so does creating your best life. What area of your life needs your focus right now? Is it your health, your career, emotional well-being, or relationships? As you go through the manifestation process, you’ll notice that other areas of your life will naturally align with this vibrational energy.

2. Recognize Your Current Beliefs and Limitations

“The only limits you have are the limits you believe.” — Wayne Dyer. What beliefs are holding you back? Is it a lack of money, poor health, or self-doubt? About 95% of our actions are driven by the unconscious mind. Meditation helps us become aware of our thoughts, allowing us to see them as they are—just thoughts, not reality. It’s only a reality if you believe it is. Write down the limiting beliefs that are currently preventing you from achieving your manifestations.

3. Embrace New Belief Systems

What would your beliefs be if you were absolutely certain you could manifest your desires? Remember, you get to choose these new beliefs. Write them down and revisit them regularly, using them as affirmations. This isn’t about “faking it until you make it.” Instead, truly tune into the feeling of knowing your manifestation is happening. Wouldn’t you feel grateful, excited, confident, and in love with life?

4. Surrender

I recently learned that manifestation is 80% an internal process and 20% action. Most of us, including myself, often have it the other way around, thinking that specific steps must be followed to reach our goals. We believe it takes a certain amount of time to move from one point to the next. But when we let go of the “how”, we can accelerate our manifestations. Obsessing over how it will happen puts us on a different energy frequency—one of pressure and scarcity. When I’m certain my dreams will manifest, I don’t need to wait for the destination to feel relaxed, confident, and grateful—I already feel that way.

5. Create Your Own Manifestation Ritual

When we align energetically with what we desire, we attract it like a magnet. That’s why 80% of manifestation is internal. I’ve created my own morning ritual to start each day aligned with my vision. I begin by reviewing my life book, where I’ve written my vision for all areas of my life. I focus on a specific area each day, meditating and visualizing as if it’s already happening. I immerse myself in the emotions of gratitude and joy, knowing it’s already unfolding. Since daily life can be distracting, I set an alarm three times a day to reconnect with that feeling. The beauty is that I don’t need anything external to make me feel this way.

Be the Author of Your Own Story

Manifestation isn’t just a practice; it’s a way of life for me. I choose to believe that I am the author of my own story and many of my wildest dreams have already come true. Being a mother of three, finding my soulmate, and creating a retreat center in Nicaragua where we share our passions for yoga, healthy living, and personal growth are just a few examples. Does this mean we should always be happy? Or that we should ignore feelings of anger, frustration, or sadness? Absolutely not. I encourage you to embrace these emotions. Our feelings are like children; if we ignore them, they’ll only get louder. But when we give them the attention they need, they’ll eventually find their way. If you need a kickstart in creating your best life, join our retreats!
