CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy for staying 8-days or less
For an accommodations plan, you can cancel up to 3 days before your arrival date. In case of cancellation we will refund 90% of the total amount you paid. If you cancel within 3 days of the arrival date, the payment is not refundable. You can change your arrival date up to 3 days upon arrival, free of charge.
Cancellation Policy for stays of 9-days or longer
For stays for 9-days or longer, you can cancel up to 14 days before your arrival date. In case of cancellation we will refund 90% of the total amount you paid. If you cancel within 14 days of the arrival date, the payment is not refundable. You can change your arrival date up to 14 days upon arrival, free of charge.
